Al-Hassawi Group

The activities of the Al-Hassawi Group, domiciled in Kuwait, are mainly concentrated on real estate and project development. It is also active in the manufacture and distribution of engineering and electrical products. The Group is represented in the Middle East, in Europe (with important projects in France and Spain) and the USA. As well as the real estate and property business, its main focus of attention is on the hotel sector. The Al-Hassawi group operates hotel complexes in Europe and in the United Emirates. At present further hotel projects are being developed in Europe and in the United Emirates. The Chairman of the Group, Late Mubarak Abdul-Aziz Al-Hassawi, specialized in restoring large, historically significant buildings as residences of palatial quality.
The sucess of Al-Hassawi group stems from its founder, the late Mubarak Abdul Aziz Al-Hassawi. A visionary, Mr Al-Hassawi had the foresight to capitalize on the emerging markets of the Gulf Corporation Council countries and to make investment in land hotels and factories.

Mrs.Fawzia Mubarak Al-Hassawi, the daughter of the late Late Mubarak Abdul-Aziz Al-Hassawi is the Executive in charge of the restoration and transformation of the New Castle project in Baden-Baden.

The daughter of a successful businessman, Mrs. Fawzia is an entrepreneur in her own right with many international projects under her management.

Like her father, Mrs. Fawzia loves the charming and historic town of Baden Baden: “It is magnificent –plenty of natural greenery, picturesque nature, pleasant weather, abundance of fresh water outlets, an impressive history and a marvellous ambience”.   

She is committed to returning the Castle to its former glory and prominence in the city and states: “The project New Castle Baden-Baden ranks very high among our international enterprises; we will preserve, refurbish and protect the building and the gardens. With the help of a new concept of utilization, we will turn the complex in yet another jewel of Baden-Baden. We work very hard to achieve this aim”
